Last Skier Standing – Fundraiser
Join us in supporting Dr. Marc Domsky, a local Jackson Doctor, as he takes on the ultimate challenge in the “Last Skier Standing” randonnee race at Black Mountain, ME! Dr. Marc is turning this epic sufferfest into an opportunity to raise funds for the Bridger-Teton Avalanche Center, and we need YOUR support.
Save the Date: Dr. Marc kicks off his endurance ski journey on Feb 9th at Black Mountain Ski Resort, aiming to conquer the up-and-down challenge once every hour – all day and all night – until he’s the Last Skier Standing. Can he beat the current record of 65 hours?
Personal Challenge: Last Skier Standing is not just a race; it’s a test of endurance and willpower. Every skier strives to complete a lap every hour, and the last skier standing is the ultimate champion. It’s an awe-inspiring event, and you can be part of the excitement!
Why Support? Dr. Marc’s dedication to this challenge is your chance to make a difference. Pledge to donate an amount for each of Dr. Marc’s laps, and let’s raise funds for the Bridger-Teton Avalanche Center together. Your support counts, and every lap brings us closer to our goal! We’ll post updates on Dr. Marc’s progress on the Bridger-Teton Avalanche Center’s avalanche forecast site.
